TSLM Toxic Relationship Recovery is a self-paced, community-supported program designed for Warriors of Domestic Abuse  - women recovering from emotionally abusive, controlling, or toxic relationships.

This is about healing the internal impact of what you’ve lived through — so it no longer defines how you love, work, or see yourself.​  Many women leave harmful relationships physically — but remain emotionally trapped in patterns of self-doubt, hyper-vigilance, people-pleasing, or fear.  This TSLM recovery program addresses this at the root.

Who this Program is For

This program is for women who:

- Have experienced emotional, psychological, or coercive abuse

- Feel disconnected from themselves after a relationship

- Struggle with self-trust, boundaries, or self-worth

- Fear repeating the same relationship patterns
