Welcome to MetaWakening. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to protect our programmes and nurture a safe, compassionate space for growth.

1. Membership Access

• Signing up creates a member profile, giving you access to free community updates and the opportunity to book a complimentary 30-minute discovery call.

• Access to premium services — including 1-to-1 coaching, courses, programmes and any teaching or coaching resources (written, audio and video materials) — requires a valid purchase.

• Until payment is confirmed, premium materials will remain unavailable to ensure fairness and integrity.
   

2. Discovery Calls

• Each new member is entitled to one free 30-minute discovery call.

• Discovery calls provide a safe space to explore your healing journey and learn how MetaWakening can support you.

• Scheduling is subject to availability and must be booked through the official booking system.
   

3. Coaching Sessions

• 1-to-1 coaching is a paid service designed to provide personalised guidance and support.

• Fees must be settled prior to the session.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice to honour both your time and the coach’s.
   

4. Courses, Programmes & Resources

• Courses, programmes and coaching resources (written, audio and video materials) are premium offerings available only after purchase.

• Participants have one year from the date of purchase or enrolment to complete their programme.

• If the programme is not completed within the one-year period, access to the programme and its associated materials will be removed. To regain access and continue the programme after this period, the participant will need to pay for a subscription at the applicable price.

• Participants who successfully complete the programme within the one-year period will receive lifetime access to the programme materials included as part of their purchase, subject to the continued availability of the programme and platform.

• Programme materials are created to support your transformational journey and are for your personal use only.

• Sharing, copying, reproducing or redistributing programme materials without prior written permission is prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action to recover compensation for any actual or anticipated financial loss or damage.
   

5. Payments & Refunds

• Fees must be paid in full or according to the instalment plan specified at checkout.

• Refunds and cancellations follow the policy outlined on the relevant programme or service page.

• If a payment fails or is reversed, access to premium content may be paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.
   

6. Privacy & Data

• Your personal information is collected only for purposes connected with providing our services, communications, updates and community access.

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without your consent, except where required or permitted by law.

• You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

7. Community Guidelines

• MetaWakening is intended to be a safe and supportive space. Respectful and compassionate communication is required in all groups, forums and sessions.

• Harassment, hate speech, threatening behaviour or abuse towards other members or team members may result in immediate removal.

• Members are encouraged to support one another, share authentically and respect each person’s individual healing journey.

8. Intellectual Property

• All MetaWakening content, branding, course materials, programme materials and resources are protected intellectual property belonging to MetaWakening or its respective rights holders.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or use MetaWakening’s name, logo, content or programme materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

• MetaWakening may update these terms and conditions from time to time.

• Where appropriate, members will be informed of material changes.

• Continued use of the website, membership or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
